On August 25, 2009, Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Zhang Zhijun met with a delegation of U.S. lieutenant governors headed by Honorary Chair of the National Lieutenant Governors Association (NLGA) Jack Dalrymple, also Lieutenant Governor of the State of North Dakota. Both sides exchanged views on China-U.S. relations and other issues of common concern.
