As decided by the Chinese Government, Premier Wen Jiabao of the State Council will attend the 15th Session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and the 5th Meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol in Copenhagen, Denmark, from December 7 to 18.
